Life story
Jakob Ludwig Theurer was baptised at Igis, Graubünden, Switzerland, in 1857, the son of Jakob Theurer and Verena Hegnauer; one index of the register gives the date as 4 March, another as 4 January.1 He was a grandson of Peter Hegnauer and Anna Berri. No later record of him has been found.
