Gabriel Steiner married Luzia Hegnauer, a daughter of Peter Hegnauer and Anna Berri, in the church at Igis, Graubünden, Switzerland, on 7 June 1863.1 The indexes of the marriage give neither his age nor his parents, and no other record of him has yet been found.
