Prairie City Items.

Leonhard Hegenaur left for Columbia Tuesday, where he will attend school.

Miss Bessie Davis, of Taborville, who has been visiting Miss Zula Masterson returned home Monday.

Judge Fix and family and John Yoss nd party returned from the Fair.

The little folks had a nice little social at Mr. Newton's Friday night, the occasion being Miss Anna's birthday.

Julius Sunderwirth began his school at Papinville last week.

Mr. Henry Klinksick and wife wil start for the Fair in a few days.

Dr. J. B. Harris, formerly of Rich Hill, has located with us and we hope he will meet with success here.

Sam Maddox passed through Saturday night, enroute for Rich Hill.
