“Notice of Biennial School Election”

Hegnauer was the only name listed for director of Director District No. 2, for a two-year term. The notice was dated 5 March 1958 and signed by the district's clerk. The study identifies the candidate as Robert Lucius Hegnauer Jr., who lived at Carrolls, in the same county, from 1957 to 1960 and was the only Robert L. Hegnauer known there.
