NOTICE OF ELECTION.

I, F. J. Pribil Jr., Mayor of the City of Appleton City Mo., do hereby give Notice that a general Election will be held in the City of Appleton City, Mo., on Tuesday, April 6, 1909, for the purpose of electing the following Alderman—

First ward one alderman for one year, unexpired term of E. S. Chapin, resigned, and one alderman for a term of two years. Voting place City Hall. Judges N. Cruse, M. B. Strickland, E. B. Smith and W. H. Klinker.

Second Ward one alderman for a term of two years. Voting place to be name[d?] later. Judges, Dick Wesson, L. Hegnauer, John Pierce and Harry Weller.

Third Ward one alderman for a term of two years. Voting place to be given later. Judges, E. M. Hurst, J. S. Finley, M. Kirby and Ernest Vogel.
