“Native of Switzerland Dies at Metolius Home”

A short report from Madras of the funeral of Christ Hegnauer, held at Metolius, Oregon, on Saturday, 23 February 1935; he had died on the Wednesday before, 20 February. It recorded that he had been born in Switzerland 84 years earlier and had come to the United States in 1856, when he was five. No survivors are named.
