G. L. Bowers, First Lieutenant, and L. A. Kellar, Second Lieutenant, Co. "D," Third Regiment of Infantry,

Charles A. Steiger, First Lieutenant, and L. W. Aldrich, Second Lieutenant, Co. "C," Second Infantry.

C. L. Willoughby, Lee Highley and E. G. Pringle, Captains; C. C. Conover, H. L. Lotter, R. M. Snyder, Jr., and A. Gwinn, First Lieutenants; J. H. McNeeley, H. K. Hinde, Jr., and L. Hegenaur, Second Lieutenants, all of the Battalion of State Cadets, and to rank from February 14, 1896.

Gwinn and Hegenaur are from Bates.
