On 8 November 1681 Rudolph Hegnauer probably married Susanna Kuhn at Volketswil, canton Zürich, Switzerland. Between 1684 and 1697 the couple had five children baptised at Volketswil, among them Rägeli and Hans. Another child, Margreth, is also known. A child of theirs was buried at Volketswil in 1693. His wife was probably buried at Volketswil on 18 January 1718.
